Saka Su, a local bottled water delivery company specializing in large and small container distribution, reported that their long-standing website was outdated both visually and in terms of user experience. The online ordering system, in particular, was confusing for customers, leading to low order completion rates.
Problem / Goal
• The outdated design negatively affected the brand’s credibility.

To create a modern, fast, mobile-friendly, and user-centric website with a seamless ordering experience.
My Process & Approach
• Conducted a UX (user experience) analysis to identify the most frequently abandoned steps in the previous ordering flow.
• Analyzed competitors to benchmark industry standards.
• Designed a mobile-first layout to enhance usability across devices.
• Simplified the ordering process into just 3 clear steps:
1. Product selection → 2. Information entry → 3. Order confirmation
• Rebuilt the visual design with a clean, trustworthy look to reflect the purity and clarity of the water product.
• Implemented SEO and performance optimizations to improve speed and visibility.
Results / Impact
• The new website is now fully mobile-responsive.
• The average order completion time was reduced by approximately 40%.
• According to client feedback, the order completion rate increased by 60% compared to the previous version.
• The client promoted the new website via social media and SMS campaigns, observing a noticeable increase in orders during the first week.
